ETradeHub – Terms of Use

Welcome to ETradeHub. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, content, and tools (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to ETradeHub and its affiliates, employees, agents, successors, and assigns.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  • By registering, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

  • These Terms are binding regardless of how you access the Platform (via our website, mobile application, or other means).

  • We may modify, update or change these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of new Terms.

3. Eligibility & User Accounts

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. User Obligations

  • Not damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with other users’ access.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All Content on the Platform is owned by us, licensed to us, or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may view, download or print Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

  • If you provide Content (such as reviews, comments, listings), you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display it.

6. Transactions and Listings

  • If you post listings for products or services, you warrant that you have the legal right to do so, and that the listings are accurate.

  • When you place an order or make a transaction via the Platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement.

  • We are not the seller of the products/services unless explicitly stated. Any contract of sale is between you and the seller.

7. Payments

  • Payments shall be made via the modes we provide. We may change, add, or remove payment methods at our discretion.

  • Prices, taxes, and charges relevant to a transaction will be as shown at the time of order. We do not warrant that Content, pricing, or listings are error-free, but will correct detected errors as required.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETradeHub and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents or licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ETradeHub, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your breach of these Terms,

  • Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party,

  • Your misuse of the Platform or Services, or

  • Your content or listings.

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, cancel orders, or remove your content if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

  • You may also stop using the Platform at any time.

  • The provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (e.g. ownership, indemnification, limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
